A stunning Vintage necklace featuring a drop pendant claw set with a beautiful Asscher cut Emerald which is approx. 0.50ct and a lovely grassy green hue with some natural inclusions under the surface.

The Emerald is said to be the sacred stone of the goddess Venus, It was thought to preserve love and has long been the symbol of hope.

Ten glistening brilliant cut Diamonds frame the Emerald and are superb SI 1 clarity H colour stones, approx. 0.08ct each – 0.75ct total.

The pendant is fashioned in 9ct White Gold and complete with a fine 9ct Gold wheat chain which is fully hallmarked at the clasp and dates the piece to 1963.
